Lonnie Mear's has done a great job of breeding and promoting what many call the Finley River Dan Strain of Hounds.Mear's Finley River Dan is a son of Finley River Chief. So even though many may call it the Finley River Dan Strain, like Spring Creek Rock, it is actually Finley River Chief Strain of Hounds.
