Most Important World Championship Poll

In it's day the ACHA World Championship was the hunt everyone wanted to win. It was the one to win. The ACHA World Hunt would open doors for an unknown. Some took advantage of it, some didn't.

Like with papers if you are buying a registered dog you will make sure at least one set of papers are UKC. The ACHA World Hunt was the hunt that got people talking and looking at the winner before the merger with AKC.

Today what is the Most Important World Hunt? Which is the hunt that gets the most girls knocking at the door? Which hunt opens the door the widest for an unknown? What World Hunt gives the most respect?

This poll had be posted on the UKC Forum. It was getting a lot of action. The last I saw it had near 2000 views and a lot of comments. It vanished. Some said it was because some of the posts were getting rough. But I see another one that was dealing with some of the same issues was also getting a little rough (if you want to call it that) and it is still up.

I understand UKC has the right to try and guite things if they (one person?) think it may be getting out of hand. BUT there was the results of the actual voting on the poll and also some good comments that had some insight and they are now GONE!!

So if you find this poll again in this forum, thank you all that voted before and all of your comments. Please vote again and give your opinion. I have been assured that the poll won't vanish on this site.

Sorry to see it was taken down from UKC. People weren't stating their opinion any more then some of the other threads on that forum.

I don't believe that any World Championship today will become as important as the ACHA was in its heyday. One reason there is just more World Championships.

I agree, I don't think any other world hunt will become as important as acha was at one time.

I believe that PKC World Championship is the most important World Hunt today.

I think if all the World Championships were held with the leaves off we would see the return of the COONDOG.
